I have searched for help on this printer driver and after a few tries have found the following worked for me for the Xerox Docuprint A. I need Windows S I have also tried the chinese languages which were also suggested. Fuji Xerox can't help.

As the name indicates however, stay away if you want a graphics printer. Sorry this didn't help.
